An album of intimate beauty from John of The Trashcan Sinatras. It's the sort of album that works a special kind of magic: upon listening, it seems that lights dim and we are drinking wine sometime after dark and before light. These songs feel like communion with a part of the listener that the world might not always welcome.....the quiet, reflective part. It's gorgeous. Thank you John. Andy Waltzer

Thanks for "Red Kites". Well, the whole album actually. Saw an Uncut magazine review out here in the southern Utah dust and thought I should give it a listen. Glad I did. Jerry Cooney

Another release from one man streaming service Martin Stephenson. That’s a compliment by the way. He keeps producing great work and this is amongst his finest to date. A good mix of rock and mellow with his trademark sweet playing. The vocal harmonies also stand out and there’s a great guest vocal from Gavin Sutherland.

I love the deceptive simplicity of so many of Boo's songs. A master craftsman at songwriting. I bought the album even though I already have most the songs...because he deserves to be recognised. And he is funny. helenflunder
